Our western studio sits between the two suburbs — measured against the map, it is about 1.2 km from the middle of Goregaon West and about 1.3 km from the middle of Malad West. In practice that makes Malad one of the shortest distances between a customer and the place their clothes are actually cleaned.
Malad covers a lot of ground for one name. Orlem, with its low-rises and older houses around the church, is nothing like the towers at Mith Chowky, and neither is much like Marve Road as it runs west towards the water. Malad East, across the Western Express Highway, is different again. We collect laundry and dry cleaning from all of it.

Marve Road, Kharodi and the stretch towards the water get more salt air and more humidity than the rest of Malad, and it shows up in stored fabric rather than worn fabric. Curtains that smell faintly of the monsoon, a jacket with a bloom on the shoulders, bed linen kept against an outside wall. Those need washing and drying properly, not airing.
Curtain & Home Linen CareThe offices along New Link Road put a lot of formal shirts and trousers into circulation in this part of Malad. That is the repeat, unglamorous, has-to-be-right-every-time work — fabric-appropriate washing, stain treatment by hand, and a steam press that does not leave a shine on dark cotton.

There is one rate card for the whole business, priced per piece by garment type — every rate is on our prices page. Delicate, embellished and bridal pieces are quoted individually after we have seen them. If counting pieces is the wrong unit for your load, the Happy Bag is a flat price for whatever fits in the bag.
