Offers & Discounts

One offer per order. Offers cannot be combined or clubbed. If more than one offer could apply to an order, only one of them does — whichever you choose when you book.

• Flat 30% off, first order. Applies to a customer's first order only, on our eligible per-piece services. It does not apply to the Happy Bag or Happy Bag Mini flat price, and it cannot be combined with the Qsec27 member discount.
• Qsec27 member discount (20%). Applies to per-piece services for active Qsec27 members. It does not apply to the Happy Bag or Happy Bag Mini flat price, and it cannot be combined with the 30% first-order offer.
• The Happy Bag flat price is final. The Happy Bag at ₹2,500 and the Happy Bag Mini at ₹1,600 are flat-price offers. No further discount applies on top of them — not the 30% first-order offer, not Qsec27, not any other offer.
• Loyalty points. Qsec27 loyalty points are earned and redeemed under the Qsec27 terms and are not a discount for the purpose of the rule above.

Offers may be withdrawn or changed at any time. An offer already applied to a booking we have confirmed is honoured on that booking.

Prices & GST

Per-piece rates on our rate card are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added on the invoice. The Happy Bag and Happy Bag Mini flat prices are inclusive — nothing is added to them.

Every per-piece rate is the basic rate for that garment. Heavily embellished, oversized, delicate or bridal pieces are quoted individually once we have seen them, as are stain treatments and repairs. Any estimate shown on this site — including the calculator and the price estimator — is an estimate; the final total is confirmed at pickup.

What the Happy Bag covers

The flat price covers what fits in the bag. Anything that does not fit is billed at our normal per-piece rates. For a load made up mostly of heavy items, per-piece pricing can work out cheaper — the calculator says so when that is the case.

Pickup & delivery

Pickup and delivery are free on orders above ₹500, across the 27 localities served from our Goregaon West and Matunga East studios. Pickup slots are requested when you book and confirmed on WhatsApp.
